God Promise ("we", "our", "the app") is a Christian app that provides a daily promise, Bible stories, and wallpapers in English and Telugu. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Email address. If you choose to sign in, we collect your email address so you can save your favorite stories and promises and sync them across your devices. Signing in is optional — you can use the app without an account.

Crash reports. If the app crashes or encounters an error, diagnostic information such as your device model, operating system version, and crash logs may be collected so we can find and fix problems.
On-device storage. Your language preference and downloaded content (such as saved promises and wallpapers) are stored locally on your device. Website visitors: this site stores your language preference in your browser's local storage only.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, contacts, precise location, photos, or the content of your communications. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the app, including syncing your favorites when you sign in.
- To understand how the app is used and improve its content and design.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and other technical issues.
- To respond to your support requests.
Third-party services
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of the app, such as analytics and crash-reporting providers, and the app stores through which the app is distributed. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your email address and synced favorites for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email contact@godpromise.online from your sign-in email address. Analytics and crash data are retained only as long as needed to improve stability and are deleted or aggregated thereafter.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
