By downloading or using the God Promise app or this website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
God Promise provides a daily Scripture-based promise, Bible stories, and free wallpapers in English and Telugu. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial, devotional use.
Accounts and favorites
You may sign in with your email address to save and sync favorite stories and promises. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content and intellectual property
The God Promise name, logo, and the app's design and original content are the property of God Promise. Scripture text remains subject to the licenses of its respective translations — see our Legal & Attributions page for details.
Wallpapers provided in the app are free to download and use as wallpaper on your personal devices. They may not be redistributed, sold, or used commercially.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content from the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content in the app is devotional and inspirational in nature and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or pastoral advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data or interruption of service.
Changes to the Service and these terms
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
